Tzatziki Smyrna, Greek yogurt with garlic, cucumber and organic olive oil. Smoked eggplant salad, with tahini, chives, parsley. Dakos, rusks, tomato, origano ,with organic olive oil.

Fried  eggplants  and zucchini

With dry cretan “mizithra” cheese.

Crispy cretan cheese “graviera”

With smoked apaki, tomato, in a handmade leaf.
