Taliateles with Pesto sauce & fresh Mint leaves

Calories: 336 g / 100 gr.
2 cloves garlic (remove the sprout from the garlic)
18 large basil leaves
120 gr. Parmesan
30 gr. Pine seeds
6 mint leaves
3 drops of lemon
Fresh grated pepper
60 gr. virgin olive oil bio life
600 gr. Tagliatelle or other pasta.
Fill a large pot with water for the tagliatelle.
In a large blender, add all the above ingredients, except the tagliatelle
Homogenize the ingredients by adding the last extra virgin olive oil and the drops of lemon.
Boil the tagliatelle and add the basil sauce with the mint leaves to the boiled tagliatelle.
Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese and freshly grated pepper
Accompanied by retsina and a white wine.
